MEETING EARLY CHILDHOOD NEEDS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Québec’s Meeting Early Childhood Needs Educational Program refers to to ECE as ECS (Educational Childhood Services) and outlines three key goals:

  1. “Ensure the health, safety and well-being of the children in their care.”
  2. “Provide an environment that supports young children’s overall development.”
